Privacy notice for job applicants
Who collects your data
Fox Pools (3 Hassanein Abdel Kader St., 6th District, Nasr City, Cairo) and Waterstar Pool Equipment (Plot 15/5, Fifth Industrial Zone, Badr City, Cairo). The two companies are one group and use one shared recruitment database.
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, e-mail (if you give it), city and area, your answers to the job questions, your CV if you upload one, and your answers in any online test. Please do not include your national ID number, religion or any health information in your CV or answers; we do not need them.
Why
To consider your application, contact you (phone, WhatsApp or e-mail), send and mark tests, and arrange interviews. We may consider you for another suitable job in either company.
Who can see it
Only the group’s HR and hiring staff. Your data is stored with a secure cloud provider outside Egypt. We do not sell your data or give it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from your latest application, then it is deleted. If you are hired, it moves to your employee file.
Your rights
To know what we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it. Send your request on the WhatsApp number of the job you applied for, or to Chairman@foxpools-eg.com, and we will reply.
